Separators
With automated processes, it is often necessary to individually feed or resend the processed products awaiting processing. Using the 5/2 travel valve, the dividers can be controlled.
In the initial position, the upper piston rod exits, and the lower one retracts. Thanks to the internal locking mechanism, the upper piston rod, after reversing, can return only when the lower rod is completely withdrawn. The refund takes place in a similar order. Thus, the working part is always covered by two piston rods before separation.
